How do Deha Modform Pins (Spherical Head Lifting Anchors) work? |
| The Modform Spherical-Head Lifting Anchor is forged from round material St 52-3 or stainless steel 1.4401 with Load groups from 1.3 up to 32 t. Special Modform Spherical-Head Lifting Anchors for higher loads are available. |
| The Modform anchors are available in different lengths, depending on their application. Longer Modform anchors are used in reduced edge spacings or for low concrete strengths. |
| The load on the spherical head lifting anchor transfers to the concrete through the anchor foot. The anchor foot allows high permissible loading with short embedments. |
| The anchor lengths of the DEHA Modform Spherical- Head Lifting Anchors are designed for optimum loading depending on concrete cross-section and strength. |
| The Spherical-Head Lifting Anchors are installed in the mould by using DEHA semi-spherical Recess Formers. The recess former retains the Modform anchor securely in position during the concrete pour. After removal the recess former leaves a void which corresponds exactly to the DEHA Universal-head lifting clutch. |
